The 10% net-recovery assignment, explained.
What is a Pool?
A Pool is a bundle of similar cases — mass tort, same product, landlord, employer, or data breach — managed together to attract top law firms.
The assignment
If your case qualifies for Pool Services, you assign 10% of your Net Recovery to Advicey.com LLC. This is permanent and survives any settlement.
Only if you win
The assignment is payable only from an actual recovery. If you win $0, you owe $0. There is no upfront cost and no $500 advance.
Conditional on firm acceptance
The assignment activates only after a qualified law firm accepts your case. If no firm accepts — for example, because the case lacks standing or is fraudulent — the assignment voids after 90 days and you keep any lead profit already generated.
Non-recourse
The assignment is non-recourse. Advicey.com LLC takes no control over litigation and is paid only out of your recovery.
