Advicey.com LLC — effective immediately

The platform

Advicey is a reverse marketplace that connects people who post legal cases ("posters") with lawyers who bid for the right to represent them ("lawyers"). Advicey.com LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

Posting disclaimer

By posting, you agree to Advicey.com LLC Terms. $50 verification bounty is paid FROM lawyer bid pot after 2+ bids, not upfront. If your case qualifies for Pool Services as determined by Advicey — mass tort, same product/landlord/employer/data breach, or 5+ similar cases — you assign 10% of your Net Recovery to Advicey.com LLC, only if you win. If you win $0 you owe $0. Permanent, conditional on qualified law firm acceptance. No extra cost. Repayable if fraudulent.

Marketing fee

Lawyers pay a sealed marketing bid to Advicey.com LLC to compete for a lead. This is a marketing fee, not a referral fee and not fee sharing. The marketing bid is hidden from the poster.

Bounty

Posters are eligible for a $50 bounty paid from the lawyer bid pot after 2+ bids. If fewer than 2 bids are received, no bounty is paid. Bounties may be refunded if a case is found fraudulent.

Independent counsel

Posters are encouraged to obtain independent legal counsel before accepting representation. No attorney-client relationship is formed by using the platform.
